How do I shorten a URL?
Paste your long URL into the input on the homepage and click Shorten. Public shortening is currently invitation only — sign in to your account to use the service. Pro and Business plans support custom slugs, so you can choose the back-half of the link.
Can I customize the short link slug?
Yes, on Pro and Business plans. From your dashboard, click Edit on any link and change the slug. Slugs must be 4–24 characters, letters / digits / hyphens only, and unique across the service.
How long do my links stay active?
Short links are active indefinitely as long as your account is active. You can manually expire any link, or set automatic expiration by date or click count from the dashboard.
Do you provide analytics?
Every paid plan includes click analytics: total clicks, unique visitors, geographic breakdown (country + city), device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), and referrer source. Data is available in real time and can be exported as CSV.
Is there an API?
Yes — the REST API is available on Business plans. See the Features page for an overview, and contact support for API keys. Webhooks for click events are available on request.
Can I use my own domain?
Business plans support custom domains. Add a CNAME pointing to our edge network and we'll issue a TLS certificate automatically. Domain verification typically takes 5–10 minutes.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your active links continue to resolve until the end of your paid period, after which they enter read-only mode (still resolve, but no new links). Data can be exported any time.
How do I report abuse?
If you've come across a short link being used for spam, phishing, or other abuse, please email support with the link. We review reports within 24 hours and disable confirmed bad-faith links.
